Michael Gomez

Hello, my name is Michael Gomez, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Cyber Security at St. Philip’s College, with an expected graduation in 2026. I recently earned an Associate of Applied Science in Information Security and Assurance from San Antonio College and gained hands-on experience as a Junior Application Developer intern at Silver Solutions LLC. My background also includes several years working in high-responsibility roles as a Locomotive Engineer/Conductor, where I developed strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and reliability. My strengths include programming, network security, and digital forensics, along with a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. My career objective is to build a career in cybersecurity, ideally supporting government agencies or contractors, where I can help protect systems, analyze threats, and continue developing my technical skills.
