Enthusiastic and willing to take on any task to help organization's mission succeed. Pleasant, hardworking and reliable with great interpersonal skills. Able to give and seek out assistance when needed. A drive to learn from others and learn new skills that can be vital in future career experiences. I volunteered at my local elementary school, working with a 2nd-grade class for a period of three months, and wrote a paper on their social behaviors. Behavioral psychology and human factors were the main focus of my college education to better understand the influences that impact individuals in everyday life. I enjoy helping those I can in any way I can. Considerate of people's feelings and I'm not quick to judge. I try to assess the situation before jumping to conclusions. One of my greatest accomplishments was being the first to attend and graduate from college in my family.
