As a student at San Jacinto College, I have worked in the theatre department and computer center. I was responsible for helping customers with questions they may have. I have stocked supplies and helped with ticket sales. Clean up of theatre before and after a play. These experiences have taught me communication skills and the ability to handle customers' inquiries efficiently. I have always been focused on providing friendly, informative, and long-term relationships with consumers to assess and meet their needs and improve customer experience.
