Hello my name is Charles Holcomb. I am 57 years old and live in Ramona California. I am disabled and looking to reenter the workforce. Before my disablity I was an ER tech in the psych department at Sharp Grossmont Hospital. My job consisted of monitoring and engaging with patients that were deemed to be having some sort of mental instability.
I am a good listener and adept at filtering the needs and not only offer empathy but also offer insight and provide possible solutions as needed. I have the ablity to deescalate tense situations without judgement or anger.
