I was a Business Analyst for 17 years and I am looking to get back into that field. I have a gap in my resume due to a health issue, I no longer have the health issue. I was the go-to person that staff and management would rely on based on my experience. As a Business Analyst, I planned for the project using project plans. I gathered data from the stakeholders and created the business requirements.

I created the test plan and test scripts. After the software developer loaded the code changes in the system, I executed testing. If a test script failed, it was loaded to the defect database, investigated, fixed and retested.  

I created new reports and maintained existing reports. I updated all policies and procedures that were impacted by the changes. I trained the staff on the new changes. 

I am detail-oriented and analytical thinking. I am eager to learn new tasks or tools. My skills are transferable for other positions.
