 My name is Jacqueline Watson, and I'm seeking a position as an Health Care Assistant with more than 25 years of experience planning, developing and implementing reliable and quality care to individual patients. 

I've transported patients to and from their medical, dental and routine appointments. 

I've streamlined their daily activities to coincide with doctors and family orders. 

I've consult with Hospice Nurse on patient progression.
