Role Description:This position leveraged my professional experience and education. I played an active role in multiple executive-level committees of the bank ranging from the Executive, Asset Liability Management, Loan Management, Information Technology, and other decisions meriting the attention of senior management. With the focus primarily on marketing, the aim was to be a more active on social media. With the assistance of an outside firm, I developed strategic policies and procedures to effectively broadcast the message of the Bank to a wider, more digital audience. During my tenure, the Bank redesigned the website, which was a large portion of my responsibility. Being in charge of marketing, I was responsible for the upkeep of the non-transactional portion of the website, creation of advertisements, social media, and other media. Role Description:Serving on the Executive Committee of the Bank, I provided the Board and Executive Management with guidance on a wide variety of financial and accounting issues, facing the Bank, on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This included shaping bank strategy and growth during my tenure. As part of my day-to-day responsibilities, I was responsible for all accounting of the bank.
