Job Summary and Qualifications

​​The Financial Analyst I supports the assigned operational, contracting, and account management teams with analytic support for sourcing and implementation events. Works both independently and collaboratively to provide various financial and savings/opportunity analyses. This includes preparing market share data, analyzing vendor proposals and preparing detailed data for financial analysis.​

• ​Accurate and timely savings and opportunity analysis of vendor pricing proposals
• ​Data cleansing and analysis of purchase histories obtained through Requests for Information and internal data sources
• ​Support Sourcing team and Account Management throughout vendor negotiations
• ​Effective communication of results to finance and sourcing team leads
• ​Ensure accuracy and completeness of detailed pricing files as related to contracting projects
• ​Evaluate price and product amendments to purchasing agreements
• ​Ad Hoc requests from assigned teams
• ​Ongoing financial assistance as it relates to the management of purchasing agreements

Education & Experience:

• ​​Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or healthcare​ Required​
