James Estes

I have completed a 20-year career as a commissioned officer (Major/0-4) in the United States Army. In addition, served I honorably for 4-years in the United States Coast Guard. Most recently, I have retired from a 20-years career with the Federal Government serving as an Intelligence Analyst at the Joint Warfare Anaysis Center, a classified program located within Department of Defense, Military Capitol Region (Washington, D.C.) My wife and I have relocated to Mesa, AZ to be near our family and grandchildren. I have significant experience in leadership positions, managing budgets of up to $2,455,000, and supervising up to 210 personnel. I hold a Master's Degree in Organizational Administration, as well as both a Master's Degree, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I find that I am interested in returning to work in a capacity where my work experience and education will match well with an organization's production goals and corporate missions.
